Welcome to Allen Tattoo Studio. We are committed to providing you with the best tattooing experience in a safe and hygienic environment. Before getting a tattoo, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By choosing to get tattooed at our studio, you automatically agree to these terms.
- Eligibility
Tattoos are strictly provided to individuals aged 18 years or above.
Valid ID proof may be requested.
Tattoos for minors under 18 are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Health & Medical Conditions
Customers must disclose their complete medical history (such as diabetes, skin disorders, blood-related diseases, pregnancy, etc.) before the procedure.
The studio will not be held responsible for any complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
Tattoos are not allowed for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Tattoo Design & Consent
The final design will be created and approved by the customer before the session begins.
Once the tattooing process has started, major design changes cannot be made.
Tattoos are permanent body art, therefore a strict no-refund policy applies once the tattoo is completed.
- Color Tattoos Disclaimer
No guarantee is provided for color tattoos.
Color tattoos have a higher risk of fading, dullness, and unevenness compared to black & grey tattoos.
The chances of allergies or skin reactions are higher with colored inks. The studio will not be held liable in such cases.
Touch-ups for color tattoos will be chargeable.
- Black & Grey Tattoos
Black & grey tattoos are generally safer, more durable, and long-lasting compared to color tattoos.
The studio provides one free touch-up within 2–3 months (if required).
- Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is the responsibility of the customer.
Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided by the studio.
The studio will not be responsible for infections, fading, or damage caused by improper aftercare.
- Skin Reactions & Allergies
Allergic reactions to tattoo inks are rare but possible.
Customers must inform the studio about any known allergies or skin sensitivities beforehand.
In case of itching, rashes, or allergic reactions, the studio bears no responsibility.
- Hygiene & Safety
The studio follows 100% sterilization and hygiene standards.
Every tattoo is done using new needles, fresh gloves, and medical-grade inks.
If hygiene is compromised due to customer negligence (e.g., improper aftercare), the studio will not be held liable.
- Session & Booking Policy
The duration of a tattoo depends on its size and design.
Advance booking fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling by the customer.
For long sittings, regular breaks are necessary, and customers are expected to cooperate patiently.
- Photography & Social Media
The studio may take photos/videos of tattoos for portfolio and promotional purposes.
If a customer does not wish their tattoo to be published, they must inform the studio before the session.
- Liability Disclaimer
Getting a tattoo is a personal decision.
Allen Tattoo Studio will not be responsible for any allergies, infections, medical complications, or fading of tattoos.
By proceeding with the tattoo, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
